What is Occupational Therapy (OT)?

Occupational Therapists (OT’s) are here to help you regain your independence and maximise your enjoyment in the every day activities, that are important to you.

We understand that in order to complete an activity it usually requires a physical and mental component. Occupational Therapists are duel trained (mental and physical health) to allow us to review both. We know important being able to complete a simple every day such as making a cup of tea can be.

Nortle founder Ruth explains "How Occupational Therapy can help after a Neurological Condition?" as part of national OT week.
